As difficult a it was for Grey's Anatomy fans to watch two of their favorite characters exit the series during last week's season finale, it was even harder for the actresses' costars. Jesse Williams, who plays bedroom-eyed Dr. Jackson Avery, was shocked to find out that Kim Raver and Chyler Leigh were leaving the show.
