The Natural Shoe Store (Covent Garden, West End, London, by lovellpatrick)

I was going to purchase a pair of Grenson Balmoral boots from this shoe store.
But the sales assistant that I was dealing quite unhelpful and totally off-hand.
I asked him if he has heard of Crockett & Jones shoemakers, and his reply was, "No, why? Should I have heard of them?" - this all goes to show that knowledge is power.

Sadly most people in Covent Garden's retail area just make angry.

I would never walk in to this shoe store again, I really dislike the guys who work here.
